    HUGE RANT to FIX AUTO. I read good review's and gave them my BMW to repair my broken window from a wind storm, covered by ICBC. I got in same day and received amazing customer service (raved their company!) I get my BMW back, driving to Sooke and realize I have 0 dash/head/signal light's. I call back and remain calm and asked if they'd disconnected my BATTERY, which can trigger light malfunction in a BMW, they said no. Choked, in driving and my freakin' HEAD LIGHT fell out. I called back, spoke to someone new and they said they DID REMOVE MY BATTERY and didn't put head light back in right and to bring back in. FIVE (5) WEEK'S later they've STILL got my vehicle! I've tried calling SEVERAL time's, had to literally chase their god damn manager down to find out what's been going on. 5 week's I haven't had my vehicle, missed work and had no clue what's going on. 4 WEEK'S later I get ahold of a manager who told me they FRIED my modular (a 1,500$ replacement!) and MOVED MY VEHICLE to a new shop to repair modular, WITHOUT contacting me or asking me if I agreed to move my vehicle! Not to mention you can't sent a import vehicle to ANY shop, they need to have experience working on import's and I NEVER got told or even asked to move my vehicle from their shop! 5 WEEK'S later they still have my vehicle, I asked for SOME kind of compensation (thinking I'm not being totally freakin' unreasonable?) and asked them to paint scratch on my door and hood, and told them I'd be willing to pay 1/2 for compensation. They quoted me 900$ to paint scratch, and told me they'd repair for 850$ for a FAVOR to me! 50 DOLLAR'S LESS? I argued and they told me they don't feel any need to compensate me since they gave me a "free" vehicle for 5 week's. FREE? I paid 250$ for insurance on MY vehicle which is STILL in their shop! I am furious, not ONLY did a simple window replacement take FIVE week's (and counting!) to repair, but they've ALSO fried a 1,500$ modular, and caused me to lose work and I've paid for a car I can't drive. I would NOT recommend Fix Auto, AWFUL customer service and VERY poor management!
